Buyers come between 7am and 10 for best selection. Lots of people sell out early! There is a huge demand for poultry and those will likely sell out immediately!
The fee is $10.00 per seller.
No charge for buyers.
There are PORTA-POTTYs set up.
We will have hamburger and egg roll, and other approved food stands set up with drinks and food.
We will be holding this event on the 8-acre field outdoors and will spread vendors apart accordingly.
Everyone who attends is accepting the risk and responsible for themselves.
BUYERS SECTION
Vendors will be bringing animal equip, vegetable and flower plants, gardening equipment, tools, crafts, home party items, just about anything that is legal to sell in Wisconsin.
Parking: There is ample parking in the front yard of the house. Please pull up to the house for available parking as people continuously leave and spots are open. Overflow will be parking on the road.
Buyers, please bring your own containers to transport animal purchases, or you may buy them at the time of sale from several vendors.
Bring a wagon to cart all of your goodies from the event to your vehicle.
Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking in a field to look at vendors.
Please bring small bills to pay for your items, most people only accept cash. There are a few vendors that are able to accept debit and credit cards.
You are responsible as the buyer to verify that items purchased are of good health. Once items are purchased, they are your responsibility. Animals that have escaped are your responsibility once the transaction is completed; no refunds are given for lost animals after the transactions.
SELLER SECTION
Vendor Fee: $10 to be paid at the gate
Absolutely no selling from the road.
All items legal to sell in Wisconsin may be sold. Datcp rules must be followed for goods and animals.
Hooved stock
1. Hooved stock is no longer allowed on the property. Hooved stock sales are NOT permitted.
Leashed, service dogs are welcome to come with owners. Please pick up after yourself. Take all cautions with your animal to prevent injuries to other people and other animals. You are liable as the dog owner.
Please clean up after yourselves. There are garbage cans throughout the property.
No sick or injured animals will be allowed to be sold on the premises (unless sold as culls to a cull buyer that will accept them.)
Keep animals in humane confinement areas/cages. Please no overcrowding.

Please make sure that you have change for buyers.
Water is available with a spicket near the barn on the property for all animals that need it.
**If you break any of these rules, the property owner has the right to ban you from the sale and future events with no refund(s).
Never prepayment or signing up for these events; pay that day.
As of 2025, no testing papers/NPIP are required for eggs, chickens, ducks, geese, guinea hens, quail, and pheasants to sell in Wisconsin.
These swaps average 150 to 175 vendors per event.
